Along the way, they learn about shapes and patterns and use logic to choose mousketools that will help them complete their journey. Playing in never-melting snow is fun, but it's even more fun with friends, so the gang heads out in the train again to pick up some other friends for a Big Easy Freezy Party. Their trip provides a lesson in time-telling, reading a schedule, counting, and shape identification. Best of all, it results in a fun party and a chance to do the Hot Dog dance. The episode also features a catchy new song sung by Mickey, his friends, and Grammy Award-winning alternative rock band They Might Be Giants. The bonus episode, "Mickey's Big Job," finds Mickey and the gang heading up into the clouds to take care of Willy the Giant's farm, where counting, sorting by size, and the resourceful use of some unusual tools make for a successful day. The same episode plays in an interactive game mode with two difficulty levels in which viewers are periodically quizzed about what they've just seen or what tool they think would be most helpful in a specific situation.
