Amazon.com Create Your Day is a no-frills lecture from JZ Knight's self-help foundation, Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. The disc consists of a 45-minute monologue, seen almost entirely from one angle in close-up, of Knight speaking in the voice of Ramtha, the 35,000-year-old "wisdom warrior" she claims to channel. It's hard to tell where Knight is, but the lecture appears to have been taped before an audience, given the sounds of occasional laughter and more frequent coughing. The message mixes some allusions to quantum physics with an attractive philosophy of self-reliance (i.e., "creating your day" rather than letting it happen to you), much of which sounds suspiciously like common sense. The disc is nominally directed by Mark Vicente, a Ramtha student who directed What the Bleep Do We Know?, the cult hit that explored similar turf.
