It was written without any incentive to bias the author. Well, except for the incentive that you'd buy this book because it's the perfect way to spend your time on Maui. This book is not a weak itinerary of two or three suggestions of things to do each day. If you do the things in this book, your whole day will be used up and used up well. What this book is: This book is written by a local, born and bred. This book is a seven-day itinerary, in case that wasn't clear. It's barely a book, to be honest. Still, it took a decent amount of thought, time, and effort to write and publish. Also, there is a sizable list of recommendations at the book's end, just in case your trip lasts longer than seven days. This book is the best read to get excited about your trip, imagining all the fun things youʻll do, the breathtaking sights youʻll see, the mouthwatering foods youʻll eat. This book isn't good for anything else. Unless you use it as a shim to level a wobbly table, I suppose. Or if you use it as a cockroach killer if your slippah (sandal) is out of reach.
