Claire (Jennifer Grey, Dirty Dancing) has it all: a thriving career as a fashion photographer and a handsome Italian fiancé, Lorenzo. The Road to Christmas doesn't hold many surprises; this is comfort entertainment, pure and simple. The contrast between pampered princess Claire and rough-hewn Tom (who holds some secrets, however) is standard stuff, and the obstacles to their romance are obvious and obviously dispatched. Fortunately, the engaging cast (particularly Park as the cheerful daughter) makes everything watchable. --Bret Fetzer
