How do I view my order details?
Your order details are emailed to you when you place your order. Alternatively, you can view your order details by logging into your account and view order details under 'past orders'.
Can items in an order be shipped separately?
Multiple items in one order can only have one shipping address. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please create separate transactions for each address you desire.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped out within one business day of when the order was placed.
How does a local pick-up work?
If you wish to pick-up your order locally, please select the local pick-up option when checking out. Your order will typically be ready to be picked up within one hour of when it's placed and you will receive an email with further instructions.
How can I track my shipped order?
Your shipped order can be tracked via the USPS website using the tracking number provided to you via email when you order was shipped. Although our orders are shipped via DHL, DHL simply facilitates the first leg of the delivery and the post office is responsible for the final leg. Because of this, the entire tracking history is visible through the USPS website.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you would like to update your shipping address for an order you already placed, please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line 'Address Change' and the address you would like as well as your order number within the body of the email.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel any unshipped orders by sending us an email at [email protected] with the subject line 'Cancel Order'. Inside the body of the email, please include your order number.
What is your return policy?

Where are the orders shipped from?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2 to 8 business days for standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
