Featuring 5 different routines of varying lengths of time, this challenging yoga practice will open and strengthen your body, increase your stamina, and calm your mind. Included on this DVD are a short 37-minute routine, two 1-hour routines, and two longer 75-minute routines. Each sequence is clearly led with a focus on performing the poses with control and stability. This is a powerful flowing practice, so be prepared to get sweaty! Please note: this advanced practice is designed for experienced yoga practitioners and for anyone interested in taking their current practice to the next level. Instructor Jenni Rawlings has been a dedicated student of yoga since 1997, has completed multiple yoga teacher trainings, and is a certified Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga instructor.

This covers everything I could ask for in a yoga DVD. All parts of the body are addressed and the poses flow together in a logical way. I really appreciate the varying routine times since my schedule fluctuates somewhat as I'm sure most people's do! It is also amazing to watch Jenni Rawlings as she glides through her smart routines like a true artist, very comfortable and accomplished. A Must Have to Step Up Any Yogi's Practice! --Sylvia
I love this DVD. I am a long time Ashtangi that likes to change it up with Vinyasa every now and again. The sequences are great. I love having the variety of lengths and focus to choose from. Verbal cues and instruction are easy for any advance yogi to do without looking at the screen, but watching Jennifer is truly inspiring. If you want to take your practice to the next level this is the DVD to buy! --R. Murray
While this video is a little above my current yoga level I enjoy it as it is challenging and allows me to practice poses that I do not feel comfortable trying in a class setting. The teacher has a clear voice and her encouraging energy is evident even through the TV. While I have not made it through the longer segments, the two short class are perfect for a great workout for those of us with a busy schedule. --J. Benaron
