Produced by the Descendents' Bill Stevenson, this Washington-based trio blaze through 23 (count 'em) uptempo anthems that, while still derivative of faux Brit punks like Green Day, never fail to deliver the punk-rock goods. With a moderately rousing and extremely accurate version of the Ramones's "KKK," MxPx show that they've certainly done their punk homework, but you have to be a dedicated follower to find this collection absolutely essential. --Mitch Meyers
