Lex opened one of the country's first stand alone yoga studios in 1974 and developed one of the first yoga teacher certification courses in America. Lex has been a full time yoga teacher for fifty years and has taught more than 40,000 yoga classes and 300 meditation workshops to more than 100,000 students around the world.
