Years ago, Natalie and Cindy realized their teens (with developmental disabilities) needed an alternative homeschool, high school path in order for their teens to have a meaningful future. Natalie and Cindy, within their respective families, each battled confusion, isolation, and uncertainty. However, they turned their desperation into inspiration! Through entrepreneurship and apprenticeship, these experienced homeschool moms prepared their teens with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) to move forward with confidence, hope and a set of practical life and job skills. Natalie and Cindy have now joined together to write the book that theywish they had read to guide them during those frightening and lonely moments that came more often as their teens approached young adulthood. If you are parenting \/ homeschooling a child or teen who has a neurodiversity and you have asked yourself the following questions: “How can I help my teen focus on their strengths or unique gifts?
