El libro arroja luces suficientes sobre la inesperada y misteriosa enfermedad que llevó a la muerte a Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías en Cuba, y cómo su cadáver fue sustituido por un muñeco alternativo con carro fúnebre importado de Colombia, con el cual los manipuladores, lograron que una Legión de seguidores y fanáticos lloraran y lamentaran la muerte de aquél que se hizo llamar en vida: El Comandante Eterno. Adicionalmente, señalamos las numerosas víctimas de un régimen que sembró el horror, sediento de sangre inocente como de ciertos emperadores de la antigüedad.
De igual forma, los tenebrosos acontecimientos relacionados con el 27 de febrero de 1989 plasmados en la historia como el pretexto para extraer el oro de las bóvedas del Banco Central de Venezuela. Oro que es hoy motivo de litigios que adquieren nuevamente en CaraE’Crimen una dimensión interpretativa, un ángulo histórico novedoso en esta hora actual. El 27 de febrero de 1989 también fue el lev motiv de lo que después sería el 4 de febrero de 1992.
En esta nueva historia con estilo trepidante y novelesco, también narramos a personajes macabros, traiciones, crímenes, amoríos; y la corrupción galopante de quienes destruyeron la otrora República de Venezuela.
