As the founder of Empowerlead, Karen offers executive coaching and leadership workshops designed to help individuals lead authentically from their core values. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, offering leadership courses for first-time managers and accelerated leaders.
With a background as CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and facilitator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America's CEO Leadership Program, Karen is dedicated to helping others let go of imposter syndrome and external validation and live into being authentic leaders of their own lives.
