{"product_id":"girl-scouts-greatest-hits-vol-2-the-wind-beneath-our-wings","title":"Girl Scouts Greatest Hits Vol. 2 \"The Wind Beneath Our Wings\"","description":"Product Description\n\nVol. 2, The Wind Beneath Our Wings Girl Scouts first International choral album is the result of a 1998 Hawaii Wider-Op called Music Shall Live Recorded by Girl Scout Cadette \u0026amp; Seniors for their peers, this CD features 7 different languages and introduces We Change the World\/Girl Scout Rap. Great songs for singing together in the car, at camp, hiking, in sing-a-longs or just for fun at cookie time! Enjoy the karaoke-style instrumental tracks on the second half of all the CD's in the Girl Scout Greatest Hits series except Vol. 9, The Highlights.\n\nReview\n\nThis album is more appropriate for Cadettes and Seniors but Brownies and Juniors would also enjoy this. This album contains the first recorded Girl Scout rap, now how about that for Girl Scouting! This is one rap song I would not mind having young girls listen and dance to its beat. This is another terrific album, okay, all the albums in this series are wonderful and worth owning. A total of seven languages including Maori (Pokare Kare), Surinam (Kyrie), Belgium Congo (Ira Congo), Hebrew (Shalom Chaverim), French and German in the song Music Alone Shall Live and English in America The Beautiful for one, are sung in this album. The Maori song Pokare Kare is very soothing. This album starts with the Sussex Campfire song, a perfect example of singing in rounds. Singing Along the Open Road is joyful and the Thanksgiving Canon is an everyday prayer! Beautiful album! --By C.
