Review Two weeks ago today, I had multiple abdominal hernias repaired. My doctors projected I would be in surgery for 4 hours and in the hospital 3 to 4 days. After one week I was back at the gym, and by 2 weeks the swelling was all gone. I underwent a radical hysterectomy combined with femoral hernia repair 10 days ago. I downloaded this surgery meditation/guided imagery a week before surgery.
