The directors avoid symbolism or didacticism, and instead immerse us in a sense of life lived at the languid pace of an afternoon daydream." --Bilge Ebiri, The New York Times

"An extraordinary film. Wonderful. Full of striking compositions that make the ordinary beautiful." --Jonathan Romney, Film Comment

"Adorable and poignant. One of the most rewarding dog movies I've seen." --Beatrice Loayza, Remezcla

Product Description

Los Reyes is the oldest skate park in Santiago, bringing together teenagers from very different social and cultural backgrounds. Chola is young and vigorous and spends her days playing with balls that she throws to the pools in which skaters ride. Football is an old dog, but beautiful and energetic, that obsessively accompanies Chola in this game. The human world appears in stories of adolescents in transit to adulthood. We listen to their voices and see fragments of their bodies as part of the environment that surrounds the world of dogs. As Football grows old and Chola is left alone, the juvenile stories confront us with the rawness of a youth that does not find a place in our society.
ASIN: B083XWMCQR
VSKU: DBV.B083XWMCQR.A
Condition: Acceptable
Author/Artist:Bettina Perut|Iván Osnovikoff
Binding: Dvd
Note: Any images shown are stock photographs and product may differ from what is shown.
Condition Notes: Individually inspected: Guaranteed to play perfectly or your money back.
