About this item
Natural and pleasant fragrance - it never smells artificial. 100% pure oil from Melaleuca alternifolia. The most high-quality Melaleuca oil heals best. Feels better. No other essential oil is as versatile and beneficial as Melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil. Valued for hundreds of years as a remedy for a host of health problems and many skin problems, Melaleuca Oil has since proven through research to be a strong natural antiseptic, a calming balm for smaller wounds, insect bites and smaller burns, skin care and much more. For over 24 years, we have been bringing Melaleuca oil in its purest form to our customers. Every drop of this oil is harvested and distilled in southeastern Australia, the same area where Aborigines and early explorers began turning "tea tree" leaves into tea, infusions and balm centuries ago. The leaves are cut by Melaleuca alternifolia trees in a way that does not damage the tree or its environment. The steam is used to open the capillaries of the leaves and release the oil. This oil is filtered and can be poured into bottles. When you receive a bottle of Melaleuca T36-C5 or T40-C3, you get the purest and most effective Melaleuca oil that occurs in nature: an oil with high terpine 4-ol, the compound that gives Melaleuca Oil its amazing antiseptic properties and with the right level of cineol the compound that gives Eurasian Oil its penetrating power. This pure oil is often called "the castor oil" by its customers, is the only product that every medicine cabinet must contain. No other product is antiseptic and skin-friendly at the same time, penetrating and soothing for burns, bites and smaller wounds and refreshing, aromatic calming.
