I ve been using these DVDs and they definitely will help you stay in shape while you re at home or on the go. I like that they re quick to do, but sill give you a workout. Each DVD has different timely workouts on it that are fun and easy to switch up, so you will not get bored! I have been trying the Endurance DVD, which has (3) 21 minutes workouts on it. Even if I oversleep in the morning and miss the gym, I can fit a 21 minute workout in. --FitAlbany.com
We love how she demonstrated the advanced version of each movement as well as a version for beginners. It was a really solid mix of cardio and total body strength training.
