Naruto, who carries the nine-tailed fox demon imprisoned within his body, empathizes with Yuukimaru's plight, and wants to rescue him. Guren, a formidable ninja who fights using "crystal-style" jutsu, stands between them. But when Sanbi swallows both of them, Naruto wins over Guren through his concern for Yuukimaru and his devotion to an honorable code of conduct. Although he's everyone's favorite knucklehead, Naruto will never abandon a friend--or a worthy opponent--in a dangerous situation.
