El recetario “Que chille la cazuela” nace a partir del deseo de contar mi historia por medio de los platillos que marcaron mi vida. Es una forma de sumergirlos en mi pueblo y en la creación de recetas caseras que han pasado de generación en generación en mi familia y que han sido modificadas por mi, son recetas que aprendí de mi madre en el pequeño pueblo de Colonia Guerrero, México.
El libro consta de seis secciones: desayunos, Pa’langarear, Sopas, Platos fuertes, Guarniciones y Pa’ las guzgueras; todas ellas las preparábamos en casa con mi mamá y mis hermanas, por ello decidí aderezarlas con anécdotas familiares del rancho guerrerense en el que crecí.
Me da mucha ilusión compartirte cada una de las recetas y anécdotas ya que es una forma de consolidar lo que comenzó como un pasatiempo en redes sociales a través de las cuales podía compartir con el mundo un pedacito de mi tradición.
