About this item
A BEAUTIFUL INTERACTIVE MOON JOURNAL FROM THE BESTSELLING AUTHOR OF LUNAR LIVING.
Switch off from the outside world and journal your way to happiness with The Lunar Living Journal.
Bestselling author and moon mentor Kirsty Gallagher is here to guide you through the moon cycles. Her charming journal will inspire you to slow down and check in with yourself. Journaling in alignment with the moon will help you to rediscover your inner world, using your emotions as signposts for what in your life needs your attention or has to change. Writing down your thoughts, goals, intentions and worries is a powerful and therapeutic practice which will bring you comfort and clarity whatever you may be going through.
In Part 1, you'll find all you need to know to begin your journey, including how to create a magical ritual around your journal experience. Part 2 is the practical part of the book, with lots of simple prompts, and is divided into new- and full-moon reflections, with a section for the new and full moons in each of the 12 zodiac signs, navigating you through an entire lunar year.
Connecting with the moon will bring about awakening and transformation in your life, and most of all, you'll learn to know and love yourself like never before.
The Lunar Living Journal can be bought as a stand-alone book or can be used in companion with Kirsty's first book, Lunar Living.
